- A trench was dug across El Paso street. The people filling in the trench did a very poor job. There is now a small speed bump across the road. Clearly they were unable to flatten their repair to the road. There are many bicycles and cars that go up and down this road. Please flatten out this extremely poor job of filling in the trench.
