Use this service request to capture questions or concerns regarding the Austin Transportation Departments Pay-by-Phone App. For issues with signs, please call 311. For parking citations, please contact Municipal Court at 512-974-4800. Parking sessions must still be paid for if issues with payment or funding is occurring on the ParkATX App. For app issues, contact ParkATX tech issue customer service number: (704) 817-2500. and email support@passportinc.com.
