I’m experiencing strong vibrations / low-frequency rumble / migraine symptoms that appear to originate from nearby drilling or fiber installation work — even though crews are not on my street currently. I request: The ROW permit number(s) active or issued within one to two blocks of my block (Firstview Dr, Shinoak Valley, Mesa Dr, etc.) The contractor name (or subcontractor) assigned to that permit The expected working hours / start-end date
