Unsure of how a citizen would be able to report on solar not functioning in the second part of the work order as any issues with a recreations centers solar fixtures would be coming in through Austin Energy utilities, site specific supervisors, or the engineering and design team whom have the contracts with the solar installers and not from a non city worker's 3-1-1 email to the parks service electricians.
