Details: I called the Homeowners Association representative to discuss the electric bill for the retention/irrigation system at this site.  The billing period for the electric bill was July 8 to August 8th during which there was over 3 inches of rain, so the system was running.  Although there was rain in June, the bill may have been lower because the system was down due to a bad contactor.  The system has 1 phase power which is less efficient than 3 phase power that some of the other nearby systems may run on. I asked the Homeowners Association representative to reach out if the next bill is high.  It should not be since there has been no rain this month. .
