Recent chip seal operation on N. Hills, needs another sweep and vacuum. Still loose gravel and in places, piles. mainly on outer edges of road. unsafe for runners, cyclists .

There used to be a turn lane at this light, it's not there since they repaved, causes a lot of traffic confusion. Heading west across airport

Fence height way above 6'limit on alley.

Seal coat tar all over curbs. Hazardous

Please apply reflective paint to the median curbs and new bike-lane curbs for both EB & WB lanes. The leading edges of the new bike-lane dividers already have many scuff marks and small chunks of concrete missing from them, indicating many impacts. The median curbs along this stretch have always been difficult to see at night. I shudder to think of all the ruined tires, suspensions, and alignments represented here, some of which may be preventable. Thanks for considering this!

Water hose on public sidewalk blocking handicap / wheelchair access and has an unprotected edge drop off about 10" inches can can lead to fall and contact with adjacent class wall.

Kids almost hit walking on the road because there is no safe place to ambulate. Construction trucks and lack of sidewalks force children to walk in the road.

Failure to mitigate dust. This has been going on for weeks. I have previously reported. Poor air quality!!
