Tacos El Pariente, a food truck at 9318 N Interstate Hwy 35 Austin, Texas, 78753, is in violation of Texas Penal Code 42.01, making unreasonable noise near a private residence that they have no right to occupy. Additionally they play unreasonably loud music between the hours of 10:00 P.M. CST and 10:00 A.M. CST. Several complaints have been filed by others in the community, yet no action has been taken.
