Referred to 311 For Further Review. On 01/28/2026, I arrived at the verified location and commenced my investigation. The job site, situated on the east side of the property across the creek, showed no evidence pf pollutant or sediment discharge. Nevertheless, a mud patch was observed near the eastern crosswalk at the intersection of Grover Ave & West Koenig Lane. Please forward this complaint to the Public Works/right of Way Department.

I spoke with the complainant, states that a dead tree feel on the power line at the provided location. The complainant would like someone from Austin Energy take a look at the powerline. She doesn't believe any damage has been done, just wants to make sure.
