Inspect Site. The city arborist office does not do tree assessments to determine if a tree is dead on private property. This must be done by a 3rd party arborist and correct permits obtained if it exceeds 19" in diameter.

Referred to 311 For Further Review. All trees that were found along the stretch noted appear to have been removed some time ago (more than a few months) and are in the ROW. Forwarding to Public Works forestry to see if they have information for work that was possibly done in this area regarding the ROW trees.

All trees measured that were already cut and scheduled to be cut were under 19" at chest height with stumps that remained. 2 other trees that were not slated to be removed (as referenced from crew on-site) were protected size but were not flagged for removal.
