Future Work Scheduled - Close SR. Summary: 311 Response to pond not draining. Details: *10/02/2026:*  Inspection completed by Bruce Jackson in response to a 311 regarding the Wet Pond overtopping during the most recent rain event.  This issue has been raised numerous times and it's been previously determined that the stormwater control was built according to plan.  It is also within the floodplain.  It is apparent this wet pond receives routine maintenance.    Overall, it looks good.  However, there is a decent amount of debris (organic and trash) that accumulated and remained after the water receded.  This control seems prone to receiving trash and debris.  The splitter is mostly clear.  Visually, it doesn't appear that water over-topped the berm, but the complaint would suggest otherwise.  It would certainly help to have video of what's occurring during rain events.  Including today, my last two 311 responses have been timely, yet by the time I've arrived I've not witnessed the problem.  There is no debris on the roadway adjacent to the splitter box, or at the numerous curb-cuts.  The debris line below the inside top of berm is very defined.   In lieu of generating a Notice of Violation, and since an open line of communication has been established over the last few years, I am contacting the Owner (ACC) and the Property Manager (Red Leaf Property Management) to discuss the need for immediate debris removal.  I will be calling the concerned citizen once I've made contact.

Referred to 311 For Further Review - Close SR. Summary: Investigations Details: During the investigation we noticed that the tree is close to an electrical line. We are going to forward this to Austin Energy to have the branches trimmed back 10 feet from the line. Then we can have our contractor assess the rest of the tree. Please forward this to Austin Energy for further investigation and assistance.

Summary: Response to 311; Site visit Details: 9/30/26:  Responded to 311 regarding concerns of erosion at concrete flume inlet structure.  A Notice of Violation will be generated under Work Order 26-225070 to have the owner correct the erosion issue, as well as the clearing of sediment at the outlet drain, and the removal of invasive vegetation on the inside berms of the basin.

PRPRISCS. Summary: Investigation Response Details: The fence is around a private stormwater pond maintained by the Austin Independent School District. I referred the concern to Mandi Golman, Administrative Supervisor Grounds and Schoolyards, and she replied that it would be looked into. .

Summary: Pond Flag 717 Details: *Pond flag 717:*  These ponds are maintained three times per year.  I spoke with the contractor who performs the maintenance and they said they had scheduled time to do the maintenance next week.   Contractor will send a report with photos when the work is complete and I will update the maintenance tracking spreadsheet.  .

Vegetation Maintenance - Close SR. Summary: Pond Flag 92 Details: *Update 9/24/26: * After communicating with the customer, I determined that area he is concerned about is between the private residences along Pleasant Valley Road between Nuckols Crossing and Brassiewood Road.  The pond area is on a portion of this stretch of road and Watershed is providing routine maintenance there.  However, the other areas along the sidewalks and right-of-way adjacent to the road are not being maintained.  Public Works is maintaining the medians.  I could not determine who was responsible for the sidewalks and Right-of-Way but, suggested contacting Code Enforcement or Public Works.   .
