Drainage Pond Maintenance
1045 Norwood Park Blvd, AustinCLOSED #25-00334708Future Work Scheduled - Close SR. Class: SR Created By: Log Type: WO_CREATED Summary: Tree debris needs clearing and some relatively minor trash should be removed Details I inspected the site on 10/8/2025 after my conversation with the concerned citizen on 10/7/2025. Debris from cutting of vegetation, including vines, shrubs and trees must be removed. It appears that the vegetation was allowed to remain to reduce volume by drying it out; however, the material is sufficiently dry and must be removed. Minor amounts of trash are present in some area; however, encampment activity is reduced with the improved visibility and cover reduction, so some encampment-related trash is reduced relative to previous. I will send an email to the property owner to get the dead vegetation and trash removed from the site. The site is being cleaned up iteratively with limited funding. Placement of food trucks on an adjoining property may serve to provide more income.

Drainage Pond Maintenance
7775 Yaupon Dr, AustinCLOSED #25-00333345Site Being Monitored - Contact Caller - Close SR. Class: SR Created By: Log Type: SITE_MONITOR Summary: Details Site investigation conducted on 10/7/2025 to follow up on 311. The overall condition of the SCM (overgrown vegetation) warrants the issuance of a Notice of Violation. This SCM was never digitized in GIS nor added to the Maximo database post-construction, so a request has been made to expedite the process. Once the SCM has been added to our database records I will generate and issue a Notice of Violation to the owner of record, per TCAD. Also, I discovered upon entering the site that a previous NOV had been erected on signage. The NOV was issued by Charles Edwards, COA Code Inspector, DSD. The Case # is CV-2024-083069 and dated 5/14/25. I have contacted the concerned citizen to let them know. .
