No Work Planned - No Problem Found - Close SR. Summary: PIDS inspection 6/17/26 Details: New ponds have not been digitized into our system yet. Visited pond and spoke to property manager. He stated water is from ground water pump coming from parking garage. After reviewing plans it was determined that this is true and ponds/pump system are working as designed. I will inform property manager they should get a site plan correction so they can install a grate where the garage driveway meets the street to help with the water/algae problem.   No violations observed. .

Summary: Investigation Details: Work order number 26-221689 has been created for Austin Watershed Protection Operations Ponds crew to remove the dead animal from the pond located at 3909 Edwards Mountain Dr and then for Austin Resource Recovery to collect the animal. The citizen was contacted and left a voicemail with this information.

PRPRISCS. Summary: Investigation Response Details: I contacted the property management at Villages at Ben White apartments to inform them that a dead animal was present on their property.  Directed them to Austin Resource Recover Dead Animal Collection if they need assistance disposing of it. .

Summary: Work order exists for the citizen concern Details: Based upon a recent inspection of the site for a similar citizen service request in May and the updating of the existing work order 25-203350 on 6/4/2026 to address the concerns for standing water, the site was not revisited for this citizen service request. An email was sent to the Pond Crew Maintenance Crew Supervisor regarding the complaints and they responded that they are aware of the situation but have not yet been able to get to the site to address it. The citizen did not request a call back regarding the issue. JNB.

Summary: Investigation Response Details: I contacted the property management company responsible for maintenance.  The maintenance contractor called and informed me that the pond is maintained monthly.  They had not yet done the maintenance for June but it is scheduled.  He said that with the recent rains more trash is entering the pond but is removed during monthly maintenance. .
