The contractor was notified once again earlier this week that this pond should be prioritized for maintenance. Will follow up next week to determine if the maintenance was performed.

Watershed staff had some meetings to determine if the ponds would be the responsibility of the Home Owner's Association or Watershed. The pond is located on private property. At this time, I am not certain what the outcome of the meetings about the pond were. I have requested guidance on how to proceed. Will update after I receive guidance.*Update October 30, 2024*: This pond was added to our Vegetation Control Program and is now called Pond Flag 1577. It will be maintained four times per year. The contractor will be out to maintain it within the next week or two.
