caller only can walk with a walker and cannot bring and or drag carts down hill while using walker and can only walk with walker, caller noted she can bring carts to front of garage but not down hill

caller states that the special services collections are too un-reliable and would like to be removed from the list.

Request #215894 was submitted at the end of April for trash and recycling pick up at the top of the driveway at 8307 Hanbridge Ln. On Tuesday May 2 and May 9 no service was provided. Followup calls to 311 have produced no results. Furthermore, resident has not yet received the requisite letter for a doctor's signature. Please send help to these handicapped residents.

Three of us had our houses skipped in the compost pick up yesterday. Carts are still outside. Can someone pick it up?

CANCELLATION UPDTE: Per 311, "The customer was reporting missed garbage, SR 23-00246251 was submitted." Garbage was not picked up and carts are full.
