Service was stopped one month ago. ARR was supposed to pick up the bins, one month ago. They have been sitting on the street for a month. Can someone please pick these up?

Compost on right side of yard.

City picked up bulk special pickup for our neighborhood last week but did not pick up the metal recycling which includes a garbage disposal and lock. Can these be picked up or can I drop them for recycling somewhere?
