Water leak on the trail. Water is flowing into street. This is an ongoing issue that’s been reported at least three other times over the last several months. Doesn’t appear to be permanently repaired. Near the cross walk westbound

Have reported this twice before and remains unresolved for months. Very clearly a leak coming from the ground along the trail by the cross walk on the westbound side. Water is standing.
