It's only giving a green turn signal, but never a green signal to go forward.And we all sat through at least two solid lights, and it never turned. This has happened to me on several weekends in a row.

Traffic backs up on Lamar past Oakbrook Drive additionally Walnut park crossing backs up to Park 35 circle! No visible traffic on Yager or southbound Lamar. Traffic light needs adjustment for the afternoon rush hour
