A no left turn cycle has been added to the east bound lane at St Elmo at S Congress. This last Tuesday during am rush hour 6 cars in the east bound left turn lane stacked up during the no left turn cycle while there were no vehicles leaving the parking lot of the condo across St Elmo. There are rarely cars exiting the condo at that location. I request that you reconsider the no left turn cycle at that location. The caution arrow previously used makes much more sense.

The bike signal at Davis and Latta mostly detects bikes, but the light the shows you your bike has been detected has not worked for over a year. This is NOT about the green bike symbol, but is about the white signal that shows a bike has been detected.

Where: Light on 290 at Giles/Johnny Morris going East. What: Left turn signal (from 290 onto Giles) is timed poorly. Recent change to the timing has increased traffic at the light, only 3-5 cars get through per cycle instead of the standard 10-12. The light timing needs correcting. Most noticeable during rush hour (4-6 pm).
