She got our contact information and described she received 1.5"-2" of water in garage, coming from the alley behind her home. The issue is street ponding that overflows the driveway and curb. Her home is on a steep hill and water flows between her home and the neighbor's residence. There is erosion between the 6141 Sendero Pkwy. The homes and the alley that are ponding were constructed 30 years ago, and the resident that is flooding here has a new home. In February 11, 2025 her residence flooded approximate 4ft in garage, spread. She says she has videos and has been trying to solve this problem for 2.5 years. She says she will send a link to google folder to access that information. WPD will continue evaluating this issue.
