Runoff from development behind property (5514 Roosevelt Ave.) drains towards Paloma apartment complex. Water seeps under structure foundation, flooding residents apartments. Property to property runoff.

Inlet in front of residence has sediment build up and is likely undersized. Water overtopped curb and drained towards house, flooding the front yard and going into backyard. High water marks were observed on fence in front and back yards and shed in backyard.

Water clearly made its way from the street, up the curb and flooded the front of the house and driveway all the way to front door. Mud to front door observed. The resident called and explained that it came from the corner of the house, entered the house through the bedroom and about 4-5 inches was present in the house.  Lots of storm debris from high winds as well.  .
