Summary: Investigations Details: During investigation we inspected the channel and both sides of the culvert and there are no blockage or flood risks and the channel was clear. There are no actions for Watershed to take at this time. See attached photos.

Details: Albert Z. has inspected the area around the inlet and has not found any issues with the drainage system. There was probably too much water at the time form area surrounding the inlet to handle.

This is a civil issue between neighboring properties; there are no actions for Watershed to take. See attached photos.

Details: This situation is occurring Whitin an apartment complex, making  it a private matter, the Watershed Department does not have jurisdiction on private property. Therefore is a matter between the tenant and the apartment management.

An investigation determined that the water ponding at this location is classified as Nuisance Ponding, as it is not causing a hazard. We have added it to our tracking systems. Although there are no immediate plans for such work, these reports will provide us vital information when we begin to analyze future alternatives in this area. There are currently approximately 6,000 unique ponding water reports in the City of Austin right of way. The city prioritizes projects to address these localized ponding issues based on severity and the number of instances in any given area. The Citizen has reported a sunken sidewalk behind the inlet box; inlet box has been checked  there  is not cracks or signs of shifting, Photos are attached for reference. .
