WENT OVER EXPECTATIONS WITH THEM AND POSSIBLE FUTURE FINES IF THEY ARE CAUGHT PLAYING MUSIC AFTER HOURS. NO SOUND VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED AT THE TIME OF INVESTIGATION. complaint came in through 311. INVESTIGATED COMPLAINT WITHIN 24 HOURS.

There is a neighborhood directly behind and the noise also reverberates down Fairfield into Jamestown neighborhood. This is a violation of the city noise ordinance. Commercial entities cannot have loud outdoor music at any time if they are adjacent and close to residential zoned areas.
