Went to venue, conducted inspection, took relevant measurements with city-issued equipment and spoke with ownership and staff. Noted large patio gathering with DJ and tower mounted speakers. Reviewed relevant permitting information and subsequently issued citation for observed violations of city ordinance. Code education and contact information provided. Close SR.

ISSUED CITATION AND WILL FILE AN AFFIDAVIT IN MUNICIPAL COURT FOR AMPLIFICATION OF OUTDOOR MUSIC EXCEEDING THEIR PERMITTED DECIBEL LIMITS.

Inspection Performed - Close SR. Received complaint for loud outdoor music at 513 Rio Grande. Was on scene between 0110 and 0135 AM and noted that one venue over all other open establishments was broadcasting amplified DJ music at an excessive level. As such that venue was cited into Municipal Court at 0117 AM. Address for this request is 513 Rio Grande, which is adjacent to the vanue that was cited. Close SR.
