    Debris running down the street with water never makes it to the drain but instead collects in front of my house. The gutter seems higher before it dips back down to the drain. Our street will soon be resurfaced and this would be a good opportunity to figure out the problem and fix. I have complained about this issue before and people are always nice and come and clean up the mess, but it always happens again. Also, the street sweeper truck never can get into this area either for whatever reason

    This was damaged by the guys that were making cement repairs. For whatever reason, they decided they needed to completely tear out a patch of my very healthy Saint Augustine grass, and they lifted up my irrigation when I inquired about my irrigation they stated that the irrigation would go back as they found it in the grass however, as you can see, the irrigation is not level with the grass which renders this sprinkler head ineffective
