Details: As per Office of the City Engineer engineer: As Watershed Dept noted, this is ponding issue caused by tree roots lifting the concrete gutter. It is not a pavement issue. Watershed Dept remains responsible for drainage and will have to design a solution that spares the tree and restores the gutter drainage.  TWP is unable to assist in this design Also, there is no funding available at TPW for this type of drainage repair.
