Feedback Received (Hours) - Close SR. I did speak with the citizen and found out that they were complaining about a female crossing guard, and at that particular school, the crossing guard is a male. I did let the citizens know, and they said OK and hung up on me.

I let the citizen know that we would post for hiring crossing guards again in mid-July. And if he knows of anyone interested in being a crossing guard to please give them my number.
