Feedback Received (Hours) - Close SR. I spoke with the citizen that is a parent that passes the crossing guard's location every morning and said this is an ongoing issue. She is not a parent from the school where the guard is located but a parent at UT Elementary School. And she has to pass the guard every morning. I will have the Supervisor go and observe the crossing guard as well. She did say it happened to her husband and other parents as well.
