I let her know that we would have to get the supervisor of the area conduct a pedestrian count and will let our infrastructure team know about the crosswalk she is asking to be put in.

Pedestrian Study Initiated - Close SR. Called the citizen asked if they would please call back. I did let him know that I needed to find out exact location so I can send out the Crossing Guard Supervisor to do a pedestrian count.
