Completed. Caller stated On Mesa Dr, going SB to turn left to then head EB the left turn cycle does not change properly with the traffic surrounding it. For example, if there is a green light for the straight away here, the left turn cycle stays on red despite there not being any nearby traffic on the other side of the road. Caller is requesting the left turn signal here gets modified to help drivers trying to navigate the area without backing up traffic. They said the arrow could use at least a yellow cycle before turning red. This has been happening within the last 2 weeks.
