New Resources Link for Web Service Requests
In our Resources menu, we have added a new link for users who do not use the Austin 3-1-1 mobile app to submit service requests. The clickable link will route them to submit a service request on the Austin 3-1-1 website.

Outdoor Commercial Venue Music Complaint
2072 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, Tx, 78704, AustinAmplified music at San Gines. They do not have a permit and the music carries loudly through the neighborhood on Kinney Ave behind the restaurant. Amplified music is typically between 7-9pm on Wednesday and Thursday - please inspect during those hours. Neighbors have been reporting with no resolution for over a year.
