120 W 5th St, AustinTonight when there was a fire, Austin firefighters were at the scene within 5 minutes and handled the situation. 8 months and thousands of filed complaints later and you people haven’t done a single thing to enforce or negate the terror the luna rooftop bar has inflicted upon the community besides granting them an OMV permit after several cited violations of city noise ordinances. My friends are trying to sleep!

Outdoor Commercial Venue Music Complaint
401 S 1st St, AustinSky Lounge on Lady Bird at RiverSouth (401 S. First St.) continues to host an outdoor amplified music event past the 10pm cutoff if a permit existed. No Special Event or Outdoor Music Venue permit is on file per Austin permit records. Amplified music remains clearly audible and identifiable from a residential balcony approximately 500 feet away, with measured levels at 60+ dB.
