    Intersection with unusual traffic flow causing dangerous situations. Needs new light timing or different lane markings. Lancaster Drive has straight and left turn in a single lane. Light offers protected left *while main light is red*, so cars intending to go straight get honked at nearly every cycle. Today I saw a car proceed through the red light when honked at, nearly hitting an oncoming turning vehicle. Either the order needs to change or move straight traffic into the right turn lane.
