The Michael at Presidio: some residents do not pick up after dogs. I contacted the office: despite being a good neighbor and picking up some, even though I have no pets myself, they angrily state those residents are responsible. But the poop - 16 piles here in yard of #7102, is germ laden and creates a bad environment for the others living here. The office management should be on point but they shirk responsibility. A fine for the resident here and The Michael may be appropriate!
