    Every week, residents on one of the balcony at Torre Apartments party and they have a really big speaker that blasts music hours throughout the night. I live across the street from them and I can hear the music loud and clearly. This has happened usually on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights around 10pm-1am each week for the past 3-4 weeks. It is very much a disturbance to residents, and many complaints have been sent by others. I have attached pictures for 3 different instances.
