Trees blocking bike trail

Watering on wrong day—commercial/MF should only be Tuesdays, not Friday. runoff to storm drain. My last report was dismissed as no violation but they were violating the ordinance. They do this every week for years. I reported them all last summer, as well. It is also running off into my property.

Rooster crowing loudly in the backyard at 5000 Woodview on April 19th (plus April 18, 17, 16). Would like a call from APD Rosedale liaison officer and police dispatch to confirm they observe same. (violation of Austin Municipal Code 3-2-2 and animal pen laws).
