Her bag is now covering the puppies in the shopping cart but you can see them from the side in person. A rescue lady has been trying to help since May and needs help. She said homeless people say she is mentally unwell.THE PUPPIES AND MOM WILL DIE IN THIS HEAT. DO SOMETHING. i would go myself if i didn’t think she could harm me. THESE DOGS ARE INNOCENT LOVING LIFE.
