    3 cream colored poodle type dogs are always out running in the neighborhood. These dogs are neglected, very matted, ravenous, and have raw backsides. They appear to be unaltered because they often mate in the streets. I’ve seen tiny puppies running around the front yard if the owner so it could be a backyard breeder situation. These dogs/owners have become a real neighborhood problem.
