    A homeless camp with ppl doing selling drugs by wild onion drive inside bushes. We see a very violent guy who walk with a black German Sheppard around live there in a tent. By the hiking trails. This guy already had an encounter with a hiker who claimed Mateo was abusing the hiker dog on the past. The name of the guy is Matthew Spartans a felon. P0lice talked to him on the past about this encounter involving weapons with a hiker. And the city haven't done anything to take this guy away
