    I noticed a dangerous traffic situation this evening after dark at the crosswalk at 3220 Manor Road by Batch Kolaches. I was traveling west on Manor as three individuals were crossing the crosswalk from the south side of Manor to the north side. The angle at which I was driving and the glare of oncoming eastbound traffic made it almost impossible to see the three individuals. I believe flashing lights should be installed at the crosswalk to let traffic know to stop.
