Multiple cars illegally parked blocking right of way, everyday.

Traffic signal causes significant back ups all morning. Especially bad before 11 am. Seems to be related to some construction that was in the area but is now done, and the traffic coming into town from the airport, which is more concentrated during the late morning rush hour and mid morning.
