    Recurring issue of cyclists speeding on the Boardwalk of the Hike and bike trail on the south side of the river.I would suggest some signage that describes the 10mph speed limit.Also,electric bikes and various other motorized vehicles are not uncommon.Someone will be injured and the trail conservancy and the city may unfortunately have liability.
