New Resources Link for Web Service Requests
In our Resources menu, we have added a new link for users who do not use the Austin 3-1-1 mobile app to submit service requests. The clickable link will route them to submit a service request on the Austin 3-1-1 website.

Austin Energy Street Light Issue - Address
613 E Highland Mall Blvd, AustinStreet lights flashing irregularly. This has occurred before about a month ago. Nearly all of the street lights along Highland Mall Blvd between Middle Fiskville Rd and Jonathan Dr are flashing irregularly. Some are mostly off, some are mostly on, but there does not seem the be any pattern, and most are flashing intermittently. Pole numbers include 399344, but many more poles are affected.
