    I am reporting ongoing nuisance barking and possible animal neglect at 4403 Jinx Ave. This has been occurring consistently for over 2+years. The dogs are left outside for extended periods and bark continuously for long durations, often for hours at a time. This happens daily and has significantly impacted our ability to enjoy. Also concerned about the welfare of the dogs. They appear to receive little to no exercise, are never walked, and remain confined to the yard/inside.
