    The traffic signal at the intersection of Montopolis Dr. and Hogan Ave. appears to be malfunctioning again. This is a recurring issue. The signal detection for vehicles on Hogan Ave. is broken, and the light is stuck on red. This is causing significant traffic backups extending to Grove Blvd. Additionally, many drivers are running the red light to turn onto Montopolis Dr., creating a dangerous and unsafe situation at the intersection. Please send a crew to inspect and repair.
