10001 Faylin Dr, AustinMy neighbor keeps their dog in a pen on their back patio. The dog does all of its waste on the patio. Sometimes they scrape off the poop but they never clean up the urine. The stench is terrible especially on hot days. I cannot use my back yard because it smells so bad.
