THIS WHITE LEACH GARBAGE TRUCK WITH NO MARKINGS, NO LICENSE PLATE, NO PERMIT HAS BEEN ABANDONED WITH GARBAGE IN IT FOR WEEKS

No permit is visible, so I selected "Private Hauler Without Permit." The problem is that the container is blocking the sidewalk.

Running a commercial business from a private residence

At approximately 3:07 am in the earlier morning, the Mahoney waste hauler arrived to collect and extract the liquid waste. Additionally, this company operates during prohibited hours and violates the city noise ordinance. Our complex is 1,000 feet away from the food truck, and we can hear the amplified sound in our unit, which vibrates and rattles our windows.
