Loud party with a loud speaker and screaming

Extremely loud music.

Irene?s using amplified sound equipment, not just their patio speakers. Loud music and yelling into a microphone on the back patio. Just when we neighbors thought Irene?s was doing better by moving the Drag Brunch moved indoors. This is a violation of their SIP. Please send enforcement!
