396 Grove Blvd, AustinPARD Street tail lights are out. I have already contacted AE, they indicated this is a PARD issue. I'm not sure why this request is so complicated to get done. The lights are out and have been out for some time now. You repaired them a couple of months ago, they only worked for about a week. How do I escalate this request?

396 Grove Blvd, AustinLights are still out on bridge and just before bridge. This is not an Austin Energy issue. The lights worked for about a week, then stopped working, and have been out ever since. Also trees near lights need trimming.
