The traffic at Slaughter Lane and Old Lockhart road is bad at rush hour, particularly in the morning when school is in session. This picture was taken at 7:20 am on a Thursday. We would really benefit from having the long-promised traffic signal installed here and timed well with the new light at Bluff Springs.

Right and left hand traffic light signals required at South 1st / Cardinal Lane due the anticipated high traffic from newly constructed apartment complex at that intersection.

Signal lights for crosswalk at Balcones Park needed

Extremely dangerous to cross the street with cars coming from blind hill and usually speeding

There needs to be a traffic light at the intersection of East Slaughter and Old Lockhart Roads. There are accidents there almost daily and the traffic continues to get worse with the influx of new homes and apartments in the area.

Propose a traffic light for Cantarra and Howard intersection with new single and multifamily construction along Howard and North/south of the road. Also, consider lowering speed limits and installing medians to increase safety for all traffic.
