Homeless Encampment- crowded, unsanitary, unsafe, using public property for private use.

Maybe you guys missed the hundreds of tents outside our city hall. I can't even walk downtown with my baby anymore because this stuff is disgusting. Do you have any pride in this city left? Enforce the damn ban already

Party house constantly people over in and out and constant smoke. These are renters and the owner tells neighbors to call the police. People who don't live there are constantly partying in the illegal structure in the back. This has been going on all weekend since Friday

Employees consistently fail to enforce face coverings and they themselves do not wear any.
